GENERAL

  • How do I contact Badminton Corner?

    • I forgot my password, How do I reset?
    Click the "Account " link at the top right hand side of our site. Under the login box you'll see a link that says "Forgot your password? Click here". That link will send an email to you with your password.
    • How do I create an account?
    Click the "Account" at the top right side of our site.  Under the login box you'll see a link that says "Create Account", click there. Enter your first name, last name, email address, password and click on "Create" button. You will receive the account confirmation email in your email address.
    • Has my order shipped?
    Click the "Account" link at the top right hand side of our site to check your orders status.
    • How do I update or cancel the order?
    Click the "Account" link at the top right hand side of our site to view orders you have placed. Then click the "Change quantities / cancel orders" link to find and edit your order. Please note that once an order has begun processing or has shipped, the order is no longer editable.
    • I received my package and its damaged?

    If your package is damaged during shipping, please provide pictures of the outer box and pictures of merchandise clearly showing the damage. Do not discard the damaged outer box. This is needed for inspection. Upon providing proper documentation, you will get a refund or replacement depending on the product.

    PAYMENTS & BILLING

      • What kind of payment do you accept?
      Badminton Corner accepts payment by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover credit cards.  Alternatively, you may use Google Checkout ,Paypal or Apple Pay to make your payment. We do not accept COD order, cash, or personal checks. During the checkout process you may choose any of our current payment options and continue to place your order. Please note that we will not ship your order until we receive payment from you.

      SHIPPING

      • When my order will be shipped?
      Orders received Monday through Friday before noon PST will be shipped the the same day. Orders received Monday through Friday after noon PST will be shipped the next business day.  Please note that racket orders which require custom stringing will be shipped next business day.
      • How much is my shipping charge?
      Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.
      • An item is missing from my shipment.
      Click the  "Account" at the top right hand side of our site to track your order status. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. If you order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. If your packages each show a status of "delivered", please contact us for assistance.

      • Are your stringers experienced?

      Yes, all of our stringers are badminton players and have years of stringing experience.
